If job is not available in the organization of your choice, try to get the internship in same company. This is a very effective way to enter into a company. Later based on your performance, available opportunity, field selection, departmental strengths, organizational area etc. one can reach department of his/her choice.
Applying for jobs via internet, newspaper advertisements, magazines are also effective. However inside opportunities in companies can be most effectively obtained through friends, seniors, markets contacts or references.
