Skills Required:
1.Must have good hands on Photoshop, FreeHand, Illustrator, Macromedia Flash
2.Should be familiar with Dreamweaver, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, and DIV Based Publishing.
3.Rich in new ideas and exceptional web design skills with a great aesthetic sense.
4.Know the use of colors.
5.Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and Action Scripting is advantageous.
